9.71B	Added the ability to replace the Boiler Plate notes with address comments on Sales Orders. Fixed a bug when editing a receiver where the wrong part# is used for inventory lookup when editing a item's qty and then another line item is selected before saving.
9.71C	Fixed problem where the Cost of Sale report sorted by division could incorrectly report Invoice based cost if only a partial order was Invoiced. Improved the readability of the accounting Cost of Sale report data when sent to Excel. Fixed bug where Partno and MCurrentQty variables were not found in the inventory movement report. Enabled updating of inventory quantity when a user edits an debit memo's quantity.
9.71D	Added location information when transferring stock between inventory areas via stockroom transaction 'B' Emailing an Invoice will default to the billing email address. The new BOM editor will now correctly set the default BOM status.
